❄Personality/Background Information:

At first glance Ceres seems like the ice cold teacher you can never talk to much less hope to befriend. This is actually not the case at all, as Ceres greatly enjoys and appreciates people's company. She used to try to speak only when needed in fear of turning people away, though at this point it's more of a habit if anything.

Ceres's stoic-ness is often her downfall, as it's very misleading. For example if someone Ceres was acquaintanced to were to die, Ceres would try and keep her emotions in instead of crying, which could be very misleading to others. Mixed with her tolerance, it can appear at times that Ceres doesn't care about things like being scolded for her mistakes.

Like her mother, Ceres has a natural talent for analyzing people. She can tell when someone's in a bad mood, what type of person they might be based on appearance of clothes, etc. Ceres often takes note of her surroundings in caution of dangerous people and situations, making her very sensitive to change.

Ceres takes whatever she does seriously, from her job to making business contacts and studying. She believes there's no limit on knowledge and one can always learn more. While this helps her work efficiently and properly, she may at times take things too seriously and overwork herself.

❄Biography:
Ceres grew up in Sicily helping out at her family's cafe, greenhouse, and vineyard. With her mom as a barista/bartender and her dad as a botanist studying tea leaves, it was no surprise when Ceres inherited her parents' love of drinks. As a child, Ceres would run around and tell friends about her father's research until they started avoiding her. She eventually learned it was best to shut her trap and act like a normal person.

While she did end up with a quiet personality similar to her father's, Ceres also gained her mom's unique ability to read people like an open book. This proved to be a useful skill for talking to customers and helping them relax, convincing them to buy more, get regular customers, etc. It wasn't long until their family cafe became a popular local area. The more Ceres worked at the cafe and learned about her father's studies, the more she wanted to study beverages.

When Ceres turned 16 and finished her education, her parents recommended that she attend CAKE Academy to pursue her dream. She of course, jumped on the opportunity and later graduated at the top of her class in both sub courses. Though Ceres though that her thirst for knowledge would be satisfied after the years of schooling, this wasn't the case at all. If anything, she became even more curious and set out on a journey to different country to study drinks in different cultures.

Soon after her 28th birthday, Ceres received a call from her old teacher asking to take over his position as the Mixology teacher. The two had kept loosely in touch over the years and her old teacher knew about her expeditions- he thought she'd be perfect for the job. And she took it.

She looks as if she's silently judging the students already with her sharp gaze and expression void of emotion. "Welcome to the Mixology course. I'm your teacher, Ceres Fiore..." Ceres pauses, probably to gather her thoughts. Her golden eyes glance to the clipboard in her hand and she flips a page over before resuming speaking. "When I call out your name, please say your full name, age and... something interesting about yourself."
